Earl Heights, Croydon

Earl Heights was a project we completed in April, 2022 that became a showpiece for Devcon's ingenuity. The large scheme comprised of thirty-four one, two, and three-bedroom flats, green spaces, and energy-efficiency initiatives. Being on a busy turning circle presented some challenges which we overcame through careful logistics planning.
