Venner House, New Malden

Venner House was our biggest scheme that we'd undertaken at the time. We were brought in at the early stages of development after the previous contractor liquidated. It was a mammoth undertaking, but Devcon rose to the challenge and completed the project on time and within budget. The scheme is close to local schools and the New Malden high street, and has great transport links.
