About Devcon

Devcon is a medium-sized building contractor established in July 2013. From our offices in Camberley, Surrey, we provide a specialised design and build service to multiple housing providers and property developers throughout London and south-east England.

Housing providers, in particular, have unique requirements in terms of design, sustainability and build quality. This requires a detailed understanding of the various standards that need to be achieved. We are ideally placed to call on our extensive experience and provide the best service at competitive rates.

Our Core Team

Our core team consists of personnel with experience in all property development and construction areas. We provide a complete service to our clients, from pre-construction to the building phase, handover and post-construction.

Lawrence Pope

Managing Director

Drawing on a lifetime of experience in both pre and post-contract, Lawrence founded Devcon in 2013 and continues to oversee the estimating, planning, design, and construction from inception to completion of every project.

David Butler MCIOB

Construction Director

Through careful pre-start planning and ongoing project management, Dave ensures every project is completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards. He is the link between our building sites and office.

Braden Pope

Commercial Manager

Braden established himself at a Tier 1 contractor in Greater London. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day commercial aspects of our projects, including the costings, valuations, client variations, subcontractors and payments.

Colin Browne

Business Development Manager

Colin joined Devcon in 2022 and is responsible for the company's tendering, marketing, and communications. His thorough approach and attention to detail is instrumental in securing high-value contracts for Devcon.
