Lawrence Pope
Managing Director
Drawing on a lifetime of experience in both pre and post-contract, Lawrence founded Devcon in 2013 and continues to oversee the estimating, planning, design, and construction from inception to completion of every project.
David Butler MCIOB
Construction Director
Through careful pre-start planning and ongoing project management, Dave ensures every project is completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards.
Braden Pope
Quantity Surveyor
Braden established himself at a Tier 1 contractor in Greater London. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day commercial aspects of our projects, including the costings, valuations, client variations, subcontractors and payments.
Colin Browne
Business Development Manager
Colin is a multimedia specialist who joined Devcon in 2022. He is responsible for the company's marketing, tendering, communications, IT, and occasional project management.
