16 Oakbank Avenue, Walton on Thames

This was the first of two similar projects we built, which were next door to eachother. The second one being Ansell Hall. This one was a mixed-use development, with the ground floor being a commercial space, with six flats above it. It's at the Ansell Hall bus station and has convenient transport links into London and a stone's throw from the Thames.
